About the event
Learn foundational acrobatic flips and rolls with a focus on technique and confidence. Spotting and scaffolding will help you take flight from whatever level you're starting from. Suitable for beginners and intermediate practioners, with variations and modifications on offer.
Park class to be held at Trinity Bellwoods Park, west of the tennis courts, south of the slacklines.
Wear clothing you can move in. BYO yoga mat if possible.
Price: $20-$30 sliding-scale
